LQD8D (6+1) Combined Saddle Stitching Line

The LQD8D Combined Saddle-Stitching Line is a kind of ideal binding equipment for wire-stitching in printing houses. The whole process of this line, including feeding signatures, folding and feeding book-covers, stitching and trimming after being monitored, is completed automatically and successively, A programmable controller(P.C.)is employed for the whole process of stitching to control the monitoring of signatures, thus the falts, such as signature-missing, signature double or signature-slanting, will be detected, traced and displayed. Any unqualified copy will be separated correctly from qualified ones, so that it will not be stitched but transferred onto a reject tray. Working speed of the feeder may be selected at the ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 Frequency control is applied for the main drive. it has a wide range of speed control and drives smoothly. The electric motor has the ability of braking while lasing electricity and the programmed monitored control system is easily operated and reliable, and also has the function of memory on power cut off. The P.C. controls both the counting of copies at the delivery end of the trimmer and the emergency stop on account of various troubles that happens on the combined stitching line. This stitching line has the features of safe operation and easy maintenance.
